We all know Protein is extremely important in our diets, if you didn’t know that it is! Lol! But protein bars can be very expensive and you never know what’s in them, worry no more; I have you covered with an extremely EASY NO BAKE, yes I said it NO bake recipe.
Feel free to use any nut butter or any flavor of protein powder, I used vanilla Isopure for this one. You can also add more protein powder then I have here for higher macro-nutrient content.
No bake vanilla almond protein bars at home!
- 3 cups of granola (I used gluten free)
- 1cup coconut milk
- 2.5 servings vanilla isopure protein powder
- 2 tbsp organic peanut butter
- 2tbsp organic almond butter
- 3/4 cup crushed mixed nuts
Mix together in a bowl, place in a pan or cupcake tray with Saran Wrap, put in fridge overnight and enjoy in the morning!
- 260 calories per bar
- 15g fat
- 82mg sodium
- 7g carbs
- 5g sugar
- 7g protein
- 4g fiber.
